In the district Rosental/Sulzau of the market town Neukirchen am Großvenediger you will find our popular holiday home Wildkogel with large garden and original garden house - within 5 minutes walking distance from the train station (stop Rosental) and 10 minutes from the bus stop.

The view into the two Sulzbach valleys - the Untersulzbach valley as well as the Obersulzbach valley - is unique. All around green meadows and the rushing Salzach. A place that invites us to slow down and let us focus on the essentials again.

The neat house - furnished in country style - was acquired by us in the spring of 2020 and generally renovated in the period between September and November. The furniture and the trappings reflect the attention to detail as well as the joy of being a host.
